All went pretty much according to plan, with the exception of the South Jordan signing, which was cancelled and replaced by a signing in the Provo Sam’s Club instead. I almost didn’t get West Jordan, either, but that one worked out in the end. Long day, but satisfying.
On this coming Saturday, Dec. 19, I’ll be doing a series of book signings in Sam’s Clubs in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, as follows:
11278 South Jordan Gateway, South Jordan UT 11:00am - 1:00pm 7571 South 3800 West, West Jordan UT 1:30pm-3:00pm 6525 South State Street, Murray UT 4:00pm - 5:00pm 1905 South 300 West, SLC UT 5:30pm -7:30pm I’ve added a new section to the website called “More Books,” where I plan to add books I’ve published myself, or other such stuff.
Right now its sole occupant is Lashiala, a book I self-published some time ago on Lulu.com. It’s a smaller book, in the neighborhood of 40,000 words (a little less than half the size of Reiyalindis.) It’s a fantasy, like Reiyalindis, but I use a bit different writing style in this one. Whereas Reiyalindis has a more strict character viewpoint structure, Lashiala uses a more omniscient viewpoint. With it, I can jump into any characters’ minds whenever I want without breaking into separate sections. |
